Role Overview:
You will own requirements and workflows for a complex home healthcare - care provider operations system. The role demands deep understanding of clinical workflows, EMR-like data structures, scheduling, SLAs, care delivery coordination, and mobile operational ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal stakeholders (clinical ops, nursing, scheduling, management) to map real-world workflows.
- Translate operational processes into clear, structured requirements and user stories.
- Write exhaustive acceptance criteria covering positive, negative, edge, and exception cases.
- Maintain and continuously refine the product backlog. Own sprint readiness for all planned features.
- Own the end-to-end feature lifecycle: requirements workflow UI details acceptance criteria.
- Maintain a detailed product backlog (100+ features spanning care delivery, scheduling, alerts, etc.).
- Validate feasibility with engineering and architecture teams.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare workflows, data integrity, and audit expectations.
- Conduct UAT and drive structured feedback loops.
- Work closely to define UI flows for both mobile and web.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong functional knowledge of healthcare, EMR systems, clinical workflows and HIS (Hospital Information System).
- Experience owning end-to-end product delivery for operational or clinical tools.
- Ability to think in systems: state transitions, validations, exceptions, escalations.
- Strong documentation and requirement decomposition skills.
- Ability to challenge assumptions and expose workflow gaps.
Good-to-Have:
Experience with scheduling engines, SLA monitoring workflows, nurse/patient mobile apps.
Experience in multilingual healthcare markets.
