Role Summary

The role is a Business Analyst / Project Manager supporting Organization's Power initiatives, initially focused on supporting system maintenance activities and researching requirements for ISO/RTO market expansion in U.S. wholesale power markets. The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Development, QA, and business stakeholders across both the U.S. and India, helping coordinate projects, gather requirements, perform gap analyses, maintain documentation, and support implementation activities.

Below are some of the key responsibilities:

• Coordinate work and handoffs across U.S. and India time zones
• Research U.S. wholesale power markets and document ISO/RTO requirements and workflows
• Develop knowledge of scheduling, bidding, telemetry, settlements, and demand response
• Perform gap analyses between market requirements and platform capabilities
• Translate business needs into functional requirements
• Support implementation and testing activities with Development and QA teams
• Maintain project documentation, risks, decisions, and action items
• Assist with release planning and cross-functional communication
