Must have Experience of Mobile Journeys, Online Banking
Should be able to exhibit digital transformation experience of delivering Banking products
Should have exposure to digital transformation, mobile journeys and customer journeys in the retail banking domain. Exposure to mobile journeys/digital transformation in retail banking is mandatory.
Is expected to work with end client business stakeholders, transformation colleagues and technology teams while delivering requirements on the assigned programs
Should have excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills
Should be able to articulate change management experience
Should have experience and be comfortable working in Agile environment
Demonstrate experience in coordinating business stakeholders, development and testing teams during the development lifecycle
Ability to work in fast paced environment; possess excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Desirable to have experience with backlog management tools (e.g. Jira)
For Business Analyst:
Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD/framing user stories.
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience in Complex and large scale deployment environment
Experience in tools like JIRA and confluence is required
Prior experience working in Agile ways of working.
The candidate should have the experience of handling large & complex transformation projects in the retail banking sector in digital transformation/mobile banking.
For Project Manager
The candidate should have the experience of handling large & complex transformation projects in the retail banking sector in digital transformation/mobile banking.
Project Management skills – end to end delivery, RAID log reporting, Risk reporting and mitigation, presenting in Steering Co
Excellent agile knowledge
Excellent stakeholder management skills to manage senior stakeholders
Proficiency in project management tools (like Confluence, JIRA, excel, etc.).
Domain Experience:
Collaborate with cross functional teams including development, design and stakeholders
High Level Requirements and Approval management with Market
Manage product iterations and releases, actively participate in Agile ceremonies
Product Feature Development and Delivery Reviews
A good understanding of digital banking trends and customer experience design
