Responsibilities:

● Identify key problems and opportunities within the organization impacting omni operations and growth

● Lead all initiatives and projects driven by the omni department

● Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and dashboards required by the leadership team, ensuring clarity and accuracy of information

● Quantify and shape ambiguous problem statements into actionable insights and strategies

Skill Set:

● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and influence multiple stakeholders

● Proficiency in google sheets, drive

● Be data driven. Highly proficient with SQL for data analysis and manipulation (mandatory)

● Familiarity with Python is considered a plus

● Familiarity with store operations is considered a plus

Key Attributes:

● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate and resolve complex issues

● Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion

● Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting

Education:

● Engineer / MBA preferred with 2+ years of experience
