Job Description: Business Analyst (Product Owner)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst (Product Owner) who will act as the bridge between clients, sales, and the development team, ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, structured, and executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
- Work closely with sales during pre-sales to support solutioning and proposal creation
- Define product workflows, system behavior, and use cases
- Drive feature prioritization and sprint planning
- Act as the decision-making authority on functional requirements
- Coordinate with developers, Project Managers, Dev Ops to ensure accurate implementation
- Manage change requests and scope adjustments
- Participate in weekly client calls (scrums, demos, updates)
- Ensure timely delivery aligned with project roadmap
Required Skills & Experience- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner
- Strong experience in:
- Requirement gathering & documentation:
- Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Client communication (preferably US clients)
- Ability to create:
- BRDs / FRDs
- User stories & acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with technical teams (APIs, integrations, workflows)
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in SaaS / workflow automation / AI-based systems
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, etc.
