About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong Web3 background and deep expertise in DeFi (Decentralized Finance) and traditional financial markets. This role is ideal for professionals who can bridge business, product, and technical teams while contributing to pre-sales discussions and strategic growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

·      Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Web3, DeFi, and fintech domains.

·      Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to shape product strategy.

·      Analyze end-to-end payment systems including SWIFT, cross-border payments, and clearing systems.

·      Create functional specifications, solution design documents, and business workflows.

·      Build dashboards, reports, and business models to track KPIs like CAC, EBITDA, and growth metrics.

·      Identify growth opportunities and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

·      Collaborate with stakeholders to drive decision-making and business outcomes.

·      Support pre-sales activities including client discussions, requirement understanding, and solution positioning.

·      Work in Agile/Scrum environments and contribute to SDLC processes.

Requirements

·      Strong experience in Web3 ecosystem with deep understanding of DeFi protocols.

·      Solid knowledge of traditional financial markets (banking, payments, capital markets).

·      Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·      Expertise in business analysis tools and techniques.

·      Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau (SQL is a plus).

·      Experience with payment systems (RTGS, ACH, SWIFT, cross-border payments).

·      Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

·      Experience in pre-sales or client-facing roles is highly preferred.

·      Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum methodologies.

Experience & Qualification

·      Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

·      Mandatory experience in Web3 / Blockchain domain.

·      Experience in DeFi platforms/products is a must.

·      Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or related field.
