Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Product Managers to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for our healthcare products and solutions and will work closely with development and support teams, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Support the strategic product planning, development lifecycle and product launch cycles for our product offerings.
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
- Collaborate with stakeholders for defining, communicating and implementing the product segment strategy. The position liaison's directly with the technology development resources, and assumes primary leadership for the effective communication, company readiness, release, roll out and positioning of our offerings.
- Participate in sprint planning discussions to define the sprint goal and refine the product backlogs.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Review the works by the development team and ensuring that they are in sync per the product vision.
- Serve as the interface with customers, internal development groups and all stakeholders.
- Updating and maintaining CRM/Jira for internal tracking.
- Keeping a close watch on the progress of development items and ensuring their execution and delivery within the expected timelines.
Required Skills/Experience
- Minimum 8-10 years of product experience, in US health care domain.
- The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, driven, and capable of envisioning the future direction of the product.
- Prior Product Management experience would be an added advantage; however, it is not mandatory.
- Candidates without prior Product Management experience will be considered for the junior position and the experienced candidates are eligible for the Product Manager position.
- Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management/ Clinical or other areas within the healthcare domain and has acquired immense product knowledge because of working in these areas.
- Able to understand/communicate the vision of the solution and drive the details.
