Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Manager to join our Finastra Payments team in India. This role will focus on analyzing business needs, defining product requirements, and driving the successful delivery of payment solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop product roadmaps and define product features for Finastra Payments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
- Gather and document user requirements and business processes for payment solutions.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in the testing and validation of product features to ensure they meet business needs.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-13 years of experience in business analysis or product management, preferably in the financial services or payments industry.
- Strong understanding of payment processing systems and technologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
