Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, IT sales, or client engagement roles
- Proven track record in handling global clients and managing international accounts
- Strong understanding of web/app development, CRM solutions, and system integration projects
- Excellent communication, analytical, and client management skills
- Ability to assist in proposal documentation and streamline business processes
- Familiarity with tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Trello, or similar platforms
