Job Description

Handle and qualify inbound and outbound leads from global markets - Conduct effective client discussions to gather business and technical requirements

- Assist in proposal and documentation processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to translate requirements into feasible solutions

- Manage full lead-to-closure sales cycle and ensure smooth handovers to project teams

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients

- Support post-sale account management, including upselling and client retention

- Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce sales cycle time

- Stay updated with industry trends in digital transformation, software solutions, and enterprise systems

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, IT sales, or client engagement roles

- Proven track record in handling global clients and managing international accounts

- Strong understanding of web/app development, CRM solutions, and system integration projects

- Excellent communication, analytical, and client management skills

- Ability to assist in proposal documentation and streamline business processes

- Familiarity with tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Trello, or similar platforms
