Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop and document business processes and use cases.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform business strategy.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders on findings and recommendations.
- Support project management activities, including planning and execution of business initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with 10-20 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation techniques.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
