Job Description Business Analyst (Power BI & SQL)

Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into analytical and reporting solutions.
Design meaningful business metrics, KPIs, and dashboards using Power BI Desktop & Service.
Write, validate, and optimize complex SQL queries on large, complex datasets to support reporting and analysis.
Perform data analysis, data validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
Collaborate with BI Engineers and QA to ensure end-to-end data quality and business logic correctness.
Use DAX and Power Query to create efficient calculations, transformations, and data models.
Apply strong financial and analytical acumen to derive insights and support data-driven decision making.
Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality analytics solutions under tight timelines.
