Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: 1-3 Years.

We are seeking a Business Analyst who will balance both analytics and sales support. This role involves analyzing data to provide actionable business insights while also contributing directly to the sales process by identifying opportunities and supporting sales teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to track business performance, identify trends, and support decision- making.
• Create reports, dashboards, and forecasts to guide strategic planning.
• Support sales teams with insights to optimize strategies, targets, and performance.
• Assist with lead generation, sales proposals, and client pitches.
• Monitor sales KPIs and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth.
• Qualifications:
• 3+ years in business analysis, sales analytics, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL).
• Strong communication skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Sales experience or understanding of the sales cycle is a plus.
