About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Associate Growth Manager – Channel Marketing to support and scale our customer acquisition and retention efforts across key marketing channels. You will play a crucial role in executing channel strategies, optimizing performance, and identifying growth opportunities to drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Execution: Assist in managing and optimizing paid and organic marketing channels (e.g., email, affiliates, influencers, paid social, SEM, etc.).
  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns; coordinate assets, timelines, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance across channels using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or CRM dashboards. Make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
  • A/B Testing: Design and run experiments to improve channel performance, including landing page optimization, creative testing, and audience segmentation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with content, design, product, and sales teams to align messaging and drive cohesive campaigns.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Track market trends and competitor activities to identify channel opportunities or gaps.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist in managing budgets, forecasting spend, and reporting on key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external partners or agencies as needed for media buying, influencer outreach, or affiliate management.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in growth, analytics, channel marketing, Founder/CEO Office, or category roles.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or DTC (direct-to-consumer) environment. Working knowledge of tools like Looker, Tableau, or SQL.
