Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct business analysis on Life Asia projects, including gathering requirements, defining project scope, and developing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technical specifications for software applications.
Develop and maintain documentation of project plans, progress reports, and issue logs.
Provide support during testing phases by reviewing test cases and providing feedback on defects found during testing.
Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and status updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-6 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field (FRD).
Strong understanding of Insurance domain knowledge (Life Asia) or Group Asia/AS400/Brd systems.
Experience working with Ingenium tools is an added advantage.
