Business Analyst

About Position:

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, integrating backend and frontend services, and ensuring seamless user experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for P&C insurance solutions
• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Support UAT, defect tracking, and validation
• Ensure compliance with P&C insurance processes and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate workshops, client discussions, and requirement sessions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project delivery
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain (policy, claims, underwriting)
• Hands-on experience in business analysis and requirement gathering
• Good understanding of insurance lifecycle and workflows
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel
• Knowledge of BFSI domain preferred
• Education – B.E. / B.Tech. / MBA / MCA
