We at Verdantas, looking fora skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team.
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with business leaders and project teams to identify business needs and drive technology solutions. You will support the full solution lifecycle—from requirements gathering and scope definition through implementation and change management—while leveraging modern digital capabilities, including AI-enabled and agentic workflows. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to deliver high-quality solutions that achieve business and IT objectives.
Responsibilities:
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather business needs, pain points, and objectives
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams
- Translate business strategies into clear problem statements, KPIs, and measurable success criteria
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Develop high-quality documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) analysis, including gap and impact assessments
- Define MVP scope, release plans, and non-functional requirements (security, performance, compliance)
- Translate business requirements into technical tasks, user stories, and actionable deliverables for development teams (preferred experience)
- Partner with architects and engineers to evaluate solution options and reduce delivery risk
Delivery & Governance
- Serve as a BA Lead or Product Owner (as needed) across workstreams
- Manage backlogs, prioritize scope, and refine requirements for delivery readiness
- Support Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, demos) or stage-gate governance for hybrid/waterfall delivery
- Maintain traceability from business requirements through development, testing, and delivery
- Support UAT, defect triage, and readiness activities to ensure smooth transition to operations
AI & Agentic Process Support (Emerging Capability)
- Apply general understanding of AI agents, digital assistants, and agentic workflows
- Support initiatives involving process automation and AI-driven solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements and workflows for AI-enabled capabilities
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis, required
- Preferred experience translating business requirements into technical tasks, development-ready user stories, and actionable backlog items
- Experience working with modern delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- General knowledge of AI agents, automation, and agentic workflows, preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions, ask probing questions, and translate technical and non-technical concepts clearly
- Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and define structured, scalable solutions
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Ability to operate across multiple projects and delivery models
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in evolving, fast-paced environments.
