Business Analyst

About Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring smooth operations and successful delivery of partner solutions. This role involves requirements analysis, issue management, data maintenance, technical support, and partner engagement to drive high levels of customer satisfaction and business success.

What You'll Do:

• Effectively manage a queue of partner production issues post implementation.
• Provide technical support to partner issues
• Perform routine data loads and data maintenance of partner platforms
• Learn and master the data requirements and technical functionality of EAB's SSMS products.
• Communicate directly with partners in a professional and timely manner to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
• Develop creative solutions to accommodate technical challenges faced by the partner

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Have bachelors degree & min 3-6 yrs. of professional experience
• Have experience in working with large Datasets & knowledge of excel & SQL queries analysis.
• Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Have ability to demonstrate analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Education Domain would be plus
