Business Analyst

About Position:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are translated into effective solutions. This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to drive process improvements and business value.

What You'll Do:

• We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with around 4 years of experience who will focus on working on client-facing engagements.
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, Traceability Matrices, and other functional documentation
• resource may need to support US hours based on project needs
• Strong presentation skills Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience coordinating with cross-regional teams
• Experience working on client-facing engagements

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Convert business requirements into implementable NICE solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across different regions
• Prepare and present solution recommendations to clients
• Support successful delivery of compliance and financial services projects
• Experience with database queries, UNIX/Linux, and editing tools Experience managing multiple concurrent
• Exposure to container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) Soft Skills
• Educational background: Any graudation/MCA/MBA in IT
