Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document client requirements; manage UAT and approvals.
- Act as a liaison between clients and development teams.
- Create user stories, functional specs, and visual process documents.
- Support multiple concurrent projects while aligning business expectations.
Core Competencies:
- Excellent research, analytical, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and JIRA.
- Technical understanding of software systems, data structures, and mobile app development.
- Effective communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
