Job Description:
Overall experience level of 10-12 years (Sr Consultant / Manager grade)
Extensive experience in Core Banking domain including Retail Corporate banking
Good knowledge of Temenos Core Banking platform Transact
Strong knowledge of banking operations, products across functional modules (Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Treasury, Trade Finance etc)
Knowledge/experience on Islamic Banking domain with good understanding of Islamic banking products
Ability to drive workshops/discussions with the client
Analyse existing banking processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend innovative solutions for process improvements
Strong critical thinking for complex process analysis and gap identification
Ability to elicit, analyse and document business requirements/pain points
Should possess strong communication skills (written and oral)
Proven experience in managing diverse stakeholders and facilitating consensus
Ability to collaborate with Business users as well as IT teams to understand business requirements and define functional solutions with consideration of Technical capabilities of underlying platform
