Job Description (JD) Business Analyst (Payments Domain)

Role: Business Analyst Payments

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business and technology teams on payments initiatives (Domestic & International).
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.

Support initiatives related to RTGS , SWIFT, ISO 20022, international payments, Instant Payments, and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support UAT, solution validation, and delivery.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Payments domain.

Good understanding of Domestic & Crossborder payment systems.

Good understanding of Payment processing in payment engine , Channels, and orchestration layers

• Experience with requirement documentation, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.
