Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Identify, define, and map business processes; recommend improvements.
• Gather and document requirements via interviews, workshops, and analysis.
• Develop and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams on design, development, and testing.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Support UAT, training, and production rollout.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align on strategies and future initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in IT business analysis with Agile methodologies.
• Experience in Business Process Reengineering and Change Management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC; Insurance domain is a plus.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence; Scaled Agile preferred.
• ALMI/FLMI certification is an advantage.
