Job Description

  • Support business initiatives related to payments and liquidity management systems.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Drive process optimization and system enhancements to support business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize business and project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation covering business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather inputs and validate requirements.
  • Analyze business data and trends to identify improvement opportunities within payments and liquidity processes.
  • Work closely with development and testing teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
  • Identify potential risks related to system changes or new initiatives and propose mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of business analysis principles, methodologies, and documentation standards.
  • Proven experience working with payments and liquidity systems, including payment processing and settlement flows.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable requirements.
  • Experience working in agile delivery environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities with attention to detail.
