Business Analyst - Payments

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Senior Business Analyst in large-scale financial services IT implementation projects.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize work, clarify requirements, and define product scope.
• Perform detailed business and system requirement analysis, including gap analysis and impact assessment.
• Create and manage epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Agile tools like Jira.
• Develop detailed process flows for both simple and complex business journeys.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate requirements.
• Assist in project planning, tracking, and execution aligned with product roadmap.
• Ensure requirements are aligned with strategic data and operating models, including traceability and ownership.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and ensure change initiatives do not disrupt existing business processes.
• Support testing activities and actively participate in resolving production issues.
• Facilitate working groups, workshops, and weekly status meetings to drive alignment and progress.
• Promote best practices across the BA community and support continuous improvement initiatives.
