• Strong experience in Payments domain
• Hands-on with SWIFT & ISO 20022 (Mandatory)
• Experience in BRD, FRD, user stories, Agile delivery
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Office
• Good stakeholder communication & analysis skills
