Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Statistics, or Healthcare Management
- 6-11 years of experience in patient data analysis
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SAS, R, or SPSS
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations in India
- Understanding of data privacy and security regulations
