Graduate with 3 to 12 years experience in managing quality audits for PC insurance operations

Strong understanding of PC insurance operations and regulations

Verify accuracy and completeness of new business insured details risk factors supplemental information facilitating timely acquisition and proper filing of underwriting information

Thoroughly review underwriting documents and policies to guarantee compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards

Review policy endorsements renewals cancellations and other transactions for processing accuracy

Analyze error trends and provide actionable insights to operations teams

Prepare quality reports and dashboards for internal and client review

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross functional teams

Collaborate with the team to implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
