Proven experience in PC Insurance especially Commercial Lines Auto Property GL Workers Comp

 Ability to Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across underwriting claims and policy administration

 Translate business needs into clear actionable Epics Features and User Stories with welldefined acceptance criteria

 Analyze and optimize business processes related to rating endorsements renewals and claims

 Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product owners developers QA and data engineers

 Work extensively with Insurity DataHouse to analyze workflows business rules

 Handson experience with Insurity DataHouse or similar platforms

  Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

 Strong understanding of Agile concepts

 Experience with Agile tools like Jira Rally or Azure DevOps

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment

Secondary Skills 

  Familiarity with Power BI and Snowflake will be plus

 Experience in API mapping and data transformation will be a plus

Recommended Certifications

AINS Scrum Fundamentals Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate.
