Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced **Project Analyst** with a strong background in **Order Management and ERP / Business Transformation projects** to support a global transformation program involving Latin America operations.

The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Order Management, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with global Business and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project activities related to Order Management and ERP transformation.

- Act as a bridge between global Business and IT teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.

- Track project deliverables, action items, dependencies and timelines.

- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect tracking.

- Coordinate user training, change management and business process improvements.

- Document As-Is and To-Be business processes.

- Support Go-Live preparation, cutover activities and post-production support.

- Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes and issue trackers.

- Coordinate with international stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7–9 years of overall professional experience.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in **Order Management / Order Entry / Order-to-Cash (O2C)**.

- Experience in global ERP implementation, migration or business transformation projects.

- Strong experience in Business and IT stakeholder coordination.

- Knowledge of SIT, UAT, Change Management, Cutover and Go-Live activities.

- Strong project coordination, documentation and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams or similar tools.

- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
