Business Analyst - Order Management

Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Order Management

In this role, you will be part of the order management team and would be independently handling all Order processing requirements

Responsibilities

• Should have strong Order Management knowledge

• This role requires frequent interaction with client through telephonic and email communication

• Sound knowledge of Manufacturing Processes (Procurement, Logistics, SCM etc.)

• Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards and best practices

• Support the Project coordinator for operational excellence and exceeding KPI targets

• Responsible for developing Process Flow, SOPs and documentation

• Sales Order, Purchase Order creation in SAP

• Follow up with Vendors for timely delivery of material

• Close co-ordination with logistics/cross functional teams to resolve any issues

• Correcting any errors which are received due to incorrect entry of orders by Supplier/Customer and ensuring they are in system for further processing

• Email Management

• Analytical and Problem solving skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.

• SAP Functional Knowledge

• MS - Office (Excel, Word)

• Flexibility to any shift

• Strong E-mail and Customer call handling etiquettes

• Strong Oral and written Communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• SAP Hands on Experience

• E-mail/Workflow handling tool exposure

• Manufacturing Industry Experience/Exposure
