Job Summary
We are hiring a Data Analyst Operations to improve operational efficiency and optimize
supply chain performance. This role will work closely with category, procurement, and
logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Track North Star metrics and operational performance indicators.
- Analyze supply chain bottlenecks and turnaround times.
- Monitor logistics performance (fill rate, dispatch TAT, delivery SLAs).
- Conduct cost analysis and identify reduction opportunities.
- Perform demand forecasting and inventory planning support.
- Build dashboards to streamline daily operational tracking
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA
preferred).
- 24 years of experience in business analysis, category management, or operations
analytics in e-commerce/quick commerce/FMCG.
- Strong command of Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder managementskills.
- Experience in forecasting and data modeling.
- Understanding of logistics, procurement, and warehouse operations.
