Job Title : Business Analyst – O2C & Collections (Gravity)
Job Type : Full-Time
Experience : 4-8 years
Location : Hyderabad, Telangana
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Order-to-Cash processes, Collections, and Accounts Receivable. The candidate will work with collections and billing systems such as Gravity to support business requirements, process improvements, and system implementations integrated with Oracle E-Business Suite or NetSuite.
Responsibilities
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections
- Experience with Oracle EBS or NetSuite
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Exposure to collections or billing platforms
- Knowledge of reporting and finance processes
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to collections and payment processes
- Define Order-to-Cash workflows and identify process improvement opportunities
- Work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and functional consultants
- Prepare business requirement documents and functional specifications
- Support User Acceptance Testing and validation of business scenarios
- Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities
- Assist in resolving functional issues and improving system usage
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
