Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and cross-functional initiatives. The role will focus on data reporting, automation, analytical modeling, and AI-enabled solutions, along with ad hoc projects across multiple business verticals
Roles & Responsibilities
- Data reporting and analysis.
- Automation and modelling through basic and AI agenting.
- Adhoc projects involving operational efficiency, HR and team building, marketing and other business verticals.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various business functions to generate actionable insights.
- Prepare regular and adhoc reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Build analytical and forecasting models to support business planning and performance tracking.
- Identify process gaps and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of reports.
- Assist in defining KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards across departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis techniques.
- No technical coding qualification is required for this role
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar is preferred.
- Basic exposure to automation tools, AI-based analytics, or modeling techniques is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
