Hiring | Business Analyst – Technology | Northern Arc Capital

Northern Arc Capital is hiring for a Business Analyst – Technology role.

Location: Bangalore

Preference: Immediate Joiners / Candidates with short notice period

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business and technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements.
• Act as a strong business–technology liaison and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and ensure they are accurately translated into BDDs / functional documents.
• Work closely with technology teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential challenges and proactively work towards resolution.
• Track project deliverables and ensure timely closure of requirements and dependencies.
• Prepare regular project/status updates for stakeholders.
• Support change management and ensure alignment between business requirements and technology delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Technology Project Management / Program Management.
• BE/BTech in Technology/Engineering.

Skills Required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC and technology projects.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Technology Program Manager.
• Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Jira, including the ability to build dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
