Job Description – Business Analyst
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Drive data-led process improvements using Lean Six Sigma to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights for decision-making.
- Design standardized processes, dashboards, and automated solutions to support business growth.
- Define KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability through data.
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact, data-driven projects.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and insights.
- Implement CAPA using data to improve customer experience.
- Evaluate vendor performance and support supply chain decisions through analytics.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- Bachelor's in Engineering; MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
- Proficiency in SQL/Python for data analysis.
- Experience in process improvement and KPI tracking.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Interest in manufacturing and driving business impact.
