Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a focus on creating and managing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD). You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that project requirements are clearly defined and met. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Develop and maintain BRDs and FRDs to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals. - Utilize SQL to analyze data and generate insights that inform business decisions. - Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure that requirements are integrated into the development process. - Work within Agile methodology, participating in sprint planning and reviews to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Utilize Jira for project management and tracking progress on tasks and issues. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. - Strong knowledge of BRD and FRD documentation processes. - Proficiency in SQL for data analysis. - Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies. - Experience using Jira for project management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
