Shift: US Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Role Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst Consultant with strong Cornerstone OnDemand expertise to work closely with US customers and internal delivery teams.

Reporting To: Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and recommend functional solutions based on customer business goals and workflows

Identify and recommend solutions to meet business requirements

Facilitate business process and configuration workshops

Perform business requirement analysis and gap analysis

Define optimal delivery strategy in collaboration with the Project Manager

Lead configuration workshops and administration training sessions

Work with internal teams on delivery and post-implementation support

Act as a subject-matter expert in Cornerstone modules

Focus on requirements gathering, functional solutions, and testing

Meet utilization targets and other performance KPIs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

4+ years of total experience (Mandatory)

2–4 years of consulting experience in HCM – Cornerstone OnDemand (Mandatory)

Experience working on medium to large-scale implementations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required)

Strong customer-facing, presentation, and facilitation skills

Ability to lead discussions, manage scope, and control schedules

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Deep expertise in Learning Management, Talent Management, or related HCM areas
