Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Cloud Data Warehouse operations (L 1.5 team) which includes – defining user access governance and security framework, tracking outcomes through metrics (define and manage KPIs)
• Collaborate with IT to monitor data issues for Finance – data reconciliation framework setup, defining success criteria, defining Finance thresholds for data variances, ensuring root cause analysis for all data related tickets for better issue understanding
• Establish AI to support process improvements – identifying data issue patterns from open incidents, knowledge base for user education
• Implement process to support best practices for Power BI dashboard development across Finance
• Partner closely with Business, Finance, IT teams to drive process simplification, automation, system enhancements, and enterprise transformation initiatives
• Establish and manage Power BI dashboards for CDW User Access Governance, access compliance monitoring, and operational performance tracking.
  
  

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 6+ years of experience in Business analysis & reporting and Operational management
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools - Excel, Power BI or related reporting tools
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects, driving process improvements, and managing stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions
• Strong communication, presentation skills and stakeholder engagement
• Experience leveraging AI and automation technologies to improve business operations and reporting processes
  
  

Education

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
