Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to develop analytics solutions, establish reporting frameworks, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic business objectives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to institutionalize accountability through agile reporting and robust data management capabilities.
Job Requirements
Analytics & Insights
- Develop advanced analytics to extract insights from complex datasets and solve critical business challenges.
- Generate actionable recommendations and present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks that drive organizational impact.
Reporting & Data Management
- Build and maintain data models, dashboards, automated reporting systems, and performance metrics.
- Design streamlined reports and automated scorecards leveraging the Enterprise Data Warehouse
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting quality through comprehensive governance policies and processes.
Strategic Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analytical techniques.
- Partner with business unit owners to investigate data trends, anomalies, and root causes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize data collection and report generation.
Finance Domain Expertise
- Apply understanding of finance processes, internal controls, and accounting principles.
- Support financial reporting across Bookings, Billings, Revenue, FP&A, and forecasting functions.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and SQL
- Strong experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data visualization platforms
- Solid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts and architecture
- Familiarity with accounting and finance principles
Professional Experience
- 8+ years in data management and reporting within enterprise environments (high-tech industry preferred)
- 4+ years in Finance or Cloud Analytics domains
- Proven track record in financial reporting (Bookings, Billings, Revenue, FP&A, Customer Lifecycle metrics)
Education
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
