We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Corporate Banking, Cash Management, and Trade Finance to join an exciting Conversational AI transformation program.

Experience: 6–10+ Years

Domain: Corporate Banking

Key Skills Required:

✅ Strong experience in Corporate Banking

✅ Mandatory expertise in Cash Management & Trade Finance

✅ Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Management

✅ Experience with Agile (Scrum/SAFe) methodologies

✅ Knowledge of Conversational AI / Chatbot platforms

✅ Understanding of APIs & Integrations

✅ Exposure to AI/LLM concepts (RAG, Prompts, Workflows)

✅ Process Modeling Tools (Visio, BPMN, etc.)

✅ UAT, BRD, FRD, User Stories documentation

• Conversational AI journey design for banking workflows

• Cash Management & Trade Finance automation use cases

• AI-powered business process transformation

• Collaborating with Product Owners, AI Engineers & Governance teams
