Business Analyst - NBFC - upto 7 LPA

We're Hiring: Business Analyst

Company: Maxemo Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. (NBFC)

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi

Experience: 2-7 years

NOTE- Candidate should have worked with in-house tech team on LMS / LOS

Key Responsibilities:

* Gather and document business requirements (PRD, BRD, user stories) through internal teams like IT, Sales, Ops, Collection, Credit etc.

* Design workflows & SOPs for loan origination, onboarding, KYC, disbursement, collections and help in Process Improvement.

* Coordinate with tech teams during product development and sprint planning

* Improve our in-house fintech platforms such as Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and risk analytics dashboards.

Skills Required:

Requirement gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and understanding of fintech / lending workflows.

Experience with tools like Jira, SQL, Confluence, PowerBI, Excel, or Google Sheets or any relevant tool
