Primary Skills : well versed with Mulesfot Technoloties and should have prior experience handling Mulesoft engagements.

The Technical Business Analyst (BA) collaborates closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to support API-led integration delivery using MuleSoft. This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, leveraging strong hands-on experience as a technical BA in API integrations, Agile delivery, and education-domain systems.

vAPI & Integration:

MuleSoft API-led connectivity, REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, synchronous/asynchronous integrations, data mapping, error handling

vBusiness Analysis:

Requirements elicitation, functional & non-functional requirements, HLD-to-LLD decomposition, acceptance criteria, traceability

vAgile Delivery:

Agile/Scrum, JIRA user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, defect triage, QA collaboration

vTools & Platforms:

MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, JIRA, Confluence, Swagger/OpenAPI, Excel

vDomain & Collaboration:

Education domain systems, stakeholder management, architect/developer coordination, strong communication

Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and architects to elicit, analyze, and document clear functional and non-functional requirements for API and integration initiatives.

Serve as a technical liaison between business and delivery teams, translating business needs into MuleSoft/API solutions while clearly communicating technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with MuleSoft Integration Architects to review, refine, and contribute to High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).

Apply knowledge of MuleSoft API-led connectivity patterns and governance to ensure scalable, secure, and reusable integrations.

Break down HLDs into well-defined LLD-level user stories with precise acceptance criteria covering build, integration, and testing phases.

Create, manage, and maintain API-centric technical user stories in JIRA, including API specifications, data mappings, integration flows, error handling, and non-functional requirements.

Own and manage JIRA boards, epics, dependencies, and sprint backlogs in alignment with Agile/Scrum delivery practices.

Support development and testing phases by clarifying requirements, validating delivered solutions against acceptance criteria, and assisting with defect triage and resolution.

Work closely with QA teams to ensure test scenarios are aligned with API contracts, integration designs, and business expectations.

Ensure end-to-end traceability across business requirements, design artefacts, JIRA stories, and delivered integrations.

Maintain high-quality design and requirements documentation in Confluence to support ongoing delivery and future scalability.
