Role: Business Analyst (OnSite, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering with crossfunctional stakeholders (product, engineering, sales, customer success) and convert business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze transactional and product data to identify trends, root causes, and growth opportunities; build actionable dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Map, document, and optimize endtoend business processes and workflows to reduce cycle time and improve SLA compliance.
- Coordinate and execute UAT and regression testing; validate deliverables against acceptance criteria and track defects to closure.
- Support backlog prioritization and sprint planning with product and engineering teams; ensure feature releases meet business objectives and quality standards.
- Produce crisp functional documentationprocess flows, requirement traceability, release notes, and KPI definitionsto maintain alignment across teams.

Additional Qualifications
- 4+ years of handson experience in business analysis, product analysis, or process improvement (SaaS/HRtech preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and experience running UAT or regression test cycles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
