Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Analyst to join our team. Job Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze sales data from various sources, including CRM, sales reports, and market research.

Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for sales growth.

Conduct market analysis and competitive analysis to understand the market landscape.

Provide insights and recommendations to sales management to improve sales strategies and tactics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Develop and implement sales forecasting models to predict future sales performance.

Evaluate the effectiveness of sales programs and initiatives.

Prepare presentations and reports to communicate sales insights to stakeholders.

Maintain data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.

5-8 years of experience in sales analysis or a related role.

Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience in the education management industry is a plus.
