Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, Material Tracking
Responsibilities
Track inbound and outbound material movement across sites using ERP, logistics, and tracking systems.
Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor delivery status, delays, and exceptions.
Perform root-cause analysis for delivery variances and support corrective actions. (optional)
Develop and maintain end-to-end shipment visibility dashboards tracking material flow from suppliers to storage and final site delivery.
Perform delivery performance analytics by comparing planned vs actual shipment milestones and identifying delay patterns. (optional)
Monitor supplier shipment adherence using data-driven tracking models and generate exception alerts for delayed or partial deliveries.
Maintain centralized tracking databases by integrating shipment data from procurement, supplier portals, and project tracking tools. (optional)
Conduct root cause analysis on delivery deviations and provide actionable insights to procurement and project teams. (optional)
Analyze shipment completeness, missing components, and partial shipment trends to support proactive issue resolution.
Support data governance by validating shipment documentation and maintaining audit-ready tracking records.
Identify automation opportunities to enhance shipment tracking and supplier follow-up workflows. (optional)
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any field
Certification in Supply Chain / Logistics Analytics (preferred but optional)
Exposure to ERP or project tracking platforms (SAP, Oracle, Procore, etc.)

Technical Skills
Shipment tracking and milestone monitoring
Data tracking, dashboard creation, and reporting (Excel Advanced, Power BI/Tableau) (optional)
ERP data extraction and reconciliation (optional)
Exception and variance analysis (optional)
Knowledge of supply chain visibility tools
Functional Skills (optional)
Understanding of end-to-end material flow (Supplier Storage Site)
Expediting and delivery risk tracking
Documentation compliance and audit readiness

Advanced MS Excel (mandatory)
