About the Role:
This is the first hire for our Go-To-Market function in India. You'll work directly with the founding team to support market research, strategic analysis, and GTM execution across functions. This is a high-growth opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build depth and breadth in strategy and operations, with direct exposure to healthcare innovation and venture building.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research
- Track trends, consolidate insights, and share updates across the org
- Maintain a central knowledge base
- Strategic Analysis
- Develop financial and operational models
- Translate research into decision-ready recommendations
- Assist in preparing strategy memos and investor materials
- Growth Support
- Analyze new markets, partners, and services
- Contribute to marketing and sales materials
- Support core ops: presentations, reporting, project tracking
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in consulting, business strategy, operations, or research
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data tools
- Preferred: Tier 1 undergraduate or postgraduate background
