Business Analyst

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at our office in Jaipur. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. You will assess current business processes, recommend improvements, and facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals. You will also conduct data analysis to support decision-making and participate in the development and implementation of efficient business strategies.

• Strong Analytical and Business Analysis skills to interpret data and influence strategic decisions effectively
• Proficiency in understanding and improving Business Processes and Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a structured manner, approach problem-solving systematically, and manage multiple projects
• Familiarity with project management tools or techniques is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
