Our client is a fast-growing FinTech company headquartered in Hyderabad, offering instant personal loans and business funding solutions through a fully digital lending platform. The company focuses on leveraging technology to simplify and enhance the lending experience for customers across India.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, lending workflows, and system needs.
• Prepare BRDs, PRDs, Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
• Coordinate with Business, Product, Risk, Engineering, and external vendors.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Support UAT testing and validate end-to-end business flows.
• Ensure successful delivery across development, testing, and go-live phases.

Required Skills

• Strong Business Analysis and requirement-gathering experience.
• Expertise in BRD, PRD, User Stories, and Functional Documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of business processes, workflows, and rule-based systems.
• Ability to work closely with technical and engineering teams.

Preferred Background

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in FinTech, Banking, Lending, NBFC, or SaaS environments.
• Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), underwriting workflows, or Business Rules Engines (BRE).
• Understanding of lending processes and credit decision systems is preferred.
