Job Description:
Minimum 47years of relevant technical or business work experienceDemonstrate clear understanding of business process disciplines along with Mandarin Language experience
Communicate appropriately with many levels from processors to senior managementEscalate problems and questions when needed
Experience integrating business needs with technology capabilities
Work well with onsite and offsite resources
Knowledge of the insurance industry is strongly desiredThe ability to expose requirements through detail questions and propose alternate solutions options is critical
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment and to work independently and with teams
