Business Analyst / Manager State Integration

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with State/UT Governments and departments for onboarding of approvals and services on NSWS.
• Analyse and map State-level approvals, licences, registrations and NOCs for inclusion in the Know Your Approvals (KYA) framework, including applicability based on business activity, sector, location and other relevant parameters.
• Identify gaps in existing State approval information and coordinate with concerned departments for validation and up-dation of approval details, procedures, timelines and requirements.
• Gather business requirements, map existing workflows, identify process gaps, and prepare functional requirements and process documentation.
• Track State onboarding, KYA mapping, integration milestones, dependencies and issues, ensuring timely resolution with concerned stakeholders.
• Support UAT, validation and rollout of State approvals and related NSWS features in coordination with State departments and technical teams.
• Analyse stakeholder feedback and coordinate with technical teams for resolution of functional and system-related issues.
• Prepare MIS, status reports, presentations, briefing notes and Records of Discussion (RoDs) for senior management and government stakeholders.
• Ability to translate monitoring functional requirements into required reports and dashboards

Educational Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech in any stream Postgraduate in Engineering, Technology, Management, Public Policy, Computer Applications or related discipline will be an added advantage. Experience Criteria & Desirable Certifications.
• 6–7 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, e-Governance, Government Consulting, Single Window Systems, EoDB, or large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with State/UT Government departments and government stakeholders will be highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong Business Analysis, requirement gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of State Government approval processes, regulatory frameworks and Ease of Doing Business (EoDB) initiatives.
• Experience in KYA/approval mapping, UAT, functional testing and coordination with technical teams.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis; familiarity with Power BI and APIs/integrations will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
